At Adypact, we aim to provide high-quality services and products to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services or products.

  1. Refunds in case of errors or faults: If an error or fault occurs from our side that affects the delivery or performance of our services or products, we will review the circumstances and may issue a refund.
  2.  Charges for investment services: Some of our services or products may require investments such as software, external help, APIs, or platforms. In such cases, we may charge a fee for the use of these services or products.
  3.  Penalties for breaking the contract: If a client changes their mind and decides not to work with us, and thus breaks the contract, they will be required to pay a penalty. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  4. Refund terms in the contract: All refund terms will be clearly stated in the contract, which must be signed by the client before starting the work.
  5.  Refund queries: Any refund-related queries should be directed to our administration via email at contact@adypact.com. We will respond as soon as possible and try to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both parties.
    Please note that this refund policy is applicable only in rare situations and is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with our policy.
